It adopts the structure of double main engine, double heads and double composite rollers, using polyethylene or polypropy-lene as raw materials, through extrusion molding and cylindrical plastic woven cloth to complete double-sided laminating in one production process.
It is especially suitable for weaving circles with plastics. The tube bag is the base material, and the BOPP color film is extru-ded to produce a single-sided or double-sided color film composite plastic woven bag. Compared with the single-machine and single-die plastic laminating unit, this unit can complete the double-sided laminating of the substrate in one production process, which can improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, save costs, and have high product quality stability.
The control system of this equipment is independently designed, adopting Inovance motion control and touch screen to complete the functions of tension adjustment of the laminating section, speed synchronization operation and automatic tracking of double-sided color film.
