Roll-to-roll continuously printing for PP woven bag. Multi-color can be printed on both sides at one time, combining freely by changing the direction of cloth (8+0、4+4.). The printing speed may reach to 100-120m/min. The color of chroma is accuracy. Character of equipment: auto feed, set automatic ratifying system for winder, tensile control by magnetic powder, imported inverter to control speed, cobwebbing roll to feed ink.

Application

To print various of PP/HDPE woven fabric, plastic film, non-woven fabric, kraft paper, etc by reel to reel.

Use PLC made by Mitsubishi to control automatic operation such as machine stopping ink  mixture and locking.
