Roll-to-roll continuously printing for PP woven bag. Multi-color can be printed on both sides at one time. Character of equipment: auto feed, set automatic ratifying system for winder, tensile control by magnetic powder, imported inverter to control speed, cobwebbing roll to feed ink. During the period of printing, ink mix equipment at clockwise and counterclockwise direction is increased. When main machine stops, the ink feed equipment will work continuously and wait for restart. It can reduce forming waster. Each color can be controlled separately. If use one color, the color will work. The energy consumption can be saved and the worn can also be reduced. Use PLC made by Mitsubishi to control automatic operation such as machine stopping ink mixture and locking.
