It adopts the structure of single main engine, double heads and double composite rollers, using polyethylene or polypropylene as raw materials, through extrusion molding and cylindrical plastic woven cloth to complete double-sided laminating in one production process. It is especially suitable for weaving circles with plastics.
Double main machine double-sided extrusion compound unit adopts double main machine, double die head, double compound roller and four stations BOPP color film unwinding device, which can realize the continuous production of double-sided coating of cylinder plastic woven cloth and double-sided BOPP color printing film composite in one production process.
