ABA blowing film machine is not big difference from normal film blowing machine. ABA blown film machine adopt the bigger motor and high configuration then normal film blowing machine which will increase the output higher. It will strongly raise the production efficiency and workload for customer’s factory. We can custom the ABA film blowing machine for customers, for example rotary die, inner cooling system, auto winder and others. But normally we do not suggest adding inner cooling system for the ABA blowing film machine, auto winder will be suggested by us. Compare with normal double layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, it can add more filling to get more profit margin, while the film is little difference. ABA blowing film machine’s die interior structure is special from normal one, so the cost is higher then.
